1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Return Process

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be processed through Meli Perfume House.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at melicredit@melicredit.com.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some personal care items for hygiene and safety reasons.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
